The Ryde Art Collective presents: Re-collections

The Ryde Art Collective launches a new exhibition, Re-collections, at Department, Ryde — the first contemporary art group invited to exhibit at this new arts centre. The show also marks the The Ryde Art Collective’s debut with independent curator Lena Evans (Portsmouth, Aspex Aspire alumna 2025), and the unveiling of its new branding and website.

Featuring work by eleven artists — Mandy Bangerter, Zoë Barker, Gill Clarke, Vincent Dupont-Blackshaw, Fran Farrar, Jan Frith, Barbara Gowan, Violet Mareck, Richard May, Karen Mead, and Fiona Schindler — the exhibition explores how memory, storytelling and experience shape artistic practice across diverse media.
