FRAN FARRAR

Fran Farrar is an artist printmaker who uses etching, monotype printing, paper manipulation and film to explore personal emotional responses relating to identity and ancestry. Through abstract printmaking and mark-making she portraits a complex environmental identity alongside familial connections and childhood memories. Fran uses installation and 3D work in non-gallery settings and in open nature to show and record her work. She aims to diarise her thoughts to contribute to an historic continuum.

Fran is a member of the Printmakers Council and regularly exhibits work nationally.
